Hello, little friends! Welcome back to our English lesson. Today we are going to meet a new letter. It is the letter c!

Look at this big yellow letter. This is c. Can you say it with me? c!

The letter c makes a sound. It is a short, sharp sound from the back of your mouth. c, c, c. It sounds like a little click. c, c, c. Very good!

Now look at the picture. We are on a busy street with shops and cars. Look at this boy. His name is Ali. He is waving hello. Wave back to Ali!

What is Ali wearing on his head? A cap! Can you say cap? Cap! Cap starts with c. c, c, cap.

And where is Ali? He is in a big purple car. Say car. Car! Car starts with c too. c, c, car.

Listen to this. Ali is wearing a cap in the car. Say it with me. Ali is wearing a cap in the car. Wonderful!

Beep, beep! Here comes the car. Ali is waving his hand.

Now let us look at some more pictures. These words also begin with the letter c.

Here is a cap. It is blue and yellow, just like Ali's cap. Say cap. Cap!

Here is a cake. It has lots of candles on top. Happy birthday! Say cake. Cake!

And here is a cow. It is black and white, and it says moo. Say cow. Cow!

Let us say all our c words together. Cap. Car. Cake. Cow. Great job!

Can you moo like a cow? Moo! Can you blow out the candles on the cake? Whoosh! Well done!

Let us count some caps. One cap. Two caps. Three caps. Very good counting!

Now it is time to trace the letter c. Hold up your finger. Let us draw c in the air.

Start at the top. Curve round to the left, down and round, and stop at the bottom. Do not close it up. That is the letter c! It looks like a big open mouth.
