Say "c" with your child. Ask your child to circle every letter c in the rows below.

Point to each picture in the textbook (page 8). Your child says the word. Tick the box when your child says it.

Exercise C: Match the Word to the Picture
Say each word aloud. Your child draws a line from the word to the correct picture.

Exercise D: Decorate the Cake
Draw a big cake outline in the box. Your child colours the cake in bright colours and adds dots on top.

Ask: "What is this?" Your child says "cake".
Exercise E: Trace the Letter c
Start at the top. Curve round to the left and stop at the bottom.

Print these rows in a dotted tracing font, with a red dot at the starting point of each letter.
Exercise F: Say the Sentence
Say the sentence to your child. Your child repeats it.
"Ali is wearing a cap in the car."
Now ask:
- What is Ali wearing? (a cap)
- Where is Ali? (in the car)
Exercise G: Count the Caps
Draw three caps in the box. Point to each cap as your child counts: one cap, two caps, three caps.
