Exercise A: Circle the Letter b
Say "b" with your child. Ask your child to circle every letter b in the rows below.

Exercise B: Look and Say
Point to each picture in the textbook (page 6). Your child says the word. Tick the box when your child says it.

Exercise C: Match the Word to the Picture
Say each word aloud. Your child draws a line from the word to the correct picture.

Exercise D: Colour the Banana
Draw a big banana outline in the box. Your child colours the banana yellow.

Ask: "What is this?" Your child says "banana".
Exercise E: Trace the Letter b
Start at the top. Go straight down, go back up a little, then go round to make a tummy.

Print these rows in a dotted tracing font, with a red dot at the starting point of each letter.
Exercise F: Say the Sentence
Say the sentence to your child. Your child repeats it.
"The boy is eating a banana."
Now ask:
- Who is eating? (the boy)
- What is the boy eating? (a banana)
Exercise G: Buzz, Drive or Carry?
Say the word. Your child does the action.
