Revision Objectives

Revision Activity 1: Story Sequencing (10 minutes)
Type: Group activity
- Write these events on separate cards (jumbled order):
- Asif bought an old mirror from a mysterious man.
- The mirror always showed Asif's face looking sad.
- Asif placed the mirror in a corner.
- Asif met a crying boy in the park who had lost his parents.
- Asif bought food for the boy and helped find his parents.
- Asif came home and the mirror showed happiness.
- Asif understood that the mirror reflects true joy from helping others.
- Groups arrange the cards in the correct order.
- Each group retells the story using the cards.
Revision Activity 2: Vowel Sound Sorting (10 minutes)
Type: Written
- Write these words on the board: baby, cat, seat, den, mind, wit, rope, yogurt, bee, goat.
- Students sort them into two columns:

- Also include neuter gender cards (bus, computer, jug, lamp) that students must identify as "no pair."

Rewrite each sentence, replacing the underlined word(s) with a pronoun.

Revision Activity 5: Ordinal Number Race (10 minutes)
Type: Team competition
- Divide class into two teams.
- Teacher holds up a number card (1-13). First team to write the correct ordinal word on their whiteboard gets a point.
- Practice: 1st=first, 2nd=second, 3rd=third, 4th=fourth, 5th=fifth, 6th=sixth, 7th=seventh, 8th=eighth, 9th=ninth, 10th=tenth, 11th=eleventh, 12th=twelfth, 13th=thirteenth.
